1. Cancellation and Refunds

Since travel services involve third-party suppliers, refunds are subject to the specific policies of airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Service fees charged by Shahi Travels are generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15-30 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

3. No-Show Policy

In case of a no-show (missing a flight or not checking into a hotel), refunds are usually not permitted as per supplier policies.

4. Amendments

Modification requests for bookings may incur additional fees from the service provider and a processing fee from Shahi Travels.
